Lead end-to-end design for enterprise-scale digital products, creating scalable UI/UX solutions that align business goals with user needs. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define product direction and ensure design intent is preserved through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own endâtoâend product design for customerâoriented applications and platforms
- Facilitate strategic sessions and workshops with stakeholders and client peers
- Design intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable UI/UX solutions grounded in best practices
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally with product managers, developers, and other designers
- Make confident, strategic design decisions and communicate rationale and tradeâoffs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio of consumerâoriented product and app design
- Proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma
- Strong UI and UX skills, ability to translate insights and data into effective experiences
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Exceptional communication skills, including clientâfacing experience
- Strategic mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Experience in highâtech environments and large organizations
- Experience working with agile product teams (nice to have)
