Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own the Listing & Finding experience, shaping the long-term vision for search and discovery. They will lead projects from discovery to launch, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to improve the rental journey.
Responsibilities
- Define longâterm vision for search & discovery experience
- Lead projects from discovery through launch and iteration
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Research
- Use qualitative research, behavioural data and experiments to inform decisions
- Define success metrics, measure impact and iterate
- Raise design quality through critique, collaboration and craft
- Contribute to design principles, design system and product building processes
Requirements
- 7+ years designing complex digital products
- Strong product thinking and problemâframing skills
- Excellent interaction and visual design craft
- Experience with marketplaces, search or discovery products
- Proven ability to run discovery and validate ideas
- Confidence working with data, metrics and experiments
- Collaboration experience with engineers and product managers
- Portfolio showing design decisions and impact
