UI & Interaction Designer

You will define the visual language and interaction patterns across the entire Weave ecosystem, including consumer applications and business-facing tools. You are responsible for building a scalable design system and crafting intuitive, delightful experiences for users interacting with autonomous robots.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across products, marketing, and customer touchpoints
- Own design and evolution of Weaveâs public website and customerâfacing applications
- Craft navigation, information architecture, motion, animation, and microâinteractions that make the product intuitive and exciting
- Rapidly prototype concepts, gather feedback, and iterate based on technical constraints and user insights
- Design novel interfaces that help users understand, configure, and interact with autonomous robots
- Collaborate with industrial design and engineering to align digital interactions with evolving robot hardware
- Apply the same usability and visual quality standards to internal businessâfacing tools used by operations, manufacturing, and support
Requirements
- 5+ years designing highâquality consumer software products
- Strong portfolio showing elegant interaction design and visual craftsmanship
- Deep understanding of userâcentered design, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
- Ability to detail 3D visualizations, typography, layout, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Experience creating and evolving scalable design systems across multiple products and platforms
- Comfortable partnering with engineering, software, hardware, and operations teams
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for home robotics and physicalâworld UX
