Senior UI Designer - Fintech

Design end-to-end product experiences for the card lifecycle, including issuance, activation, and monetization. Collaborate on the evolution of design components and libraries while translating complex problems into functional, visually solid solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end product experiences for the card lifecycle, including issuance, linking, activation, usage habits, and monetization
- Translate complex problems into functional and visually solid solutions for mobile and desktop devices
- Develop prototypes that clearly communicate design ideas and facilitate alignment with Product and Development teams
- Collaborate on the evolution of components and libraries within the Andes design system, including documentation and hand‑off to development
- Explore the use of motion and micro‑interactions to enrich the user experience
Requirements
- Experience in visual design of digital products, especially mobile applications
- Strong knowledge of design fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, composition, color, interaction, and usability
- Ability to apply design principles to functional and expressive moments
- Proficiency in using artificial intelligence to transform ideas into end‑to‑end solutions
