UX Designer , GOEST (Global Operations Enterprise Services - Tech)

Own end-to-end design delivery for internal enterprise tools supporting global infrastructure and strategic planning. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to create scalable user flows, wireframes, and a domain-specific pattern library.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design delivery for multiple concurrent projects, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes and production‑ready specifications
• Facilitate regular design consultation sessions and provide expert feedback to product teams
• Conduct design quality assurance on shipped features and ensure alignment with design intent
• Build and maintain a domain‑specific pattern library extending the corporate design system
• Run design office hours to offer guidance and early directional feedback to teams
• Conduct user research (shadows, interviews, usability tests) to validate decisions and uncover unmet needs
• Contribute to cross‑team experience strategy, information architecture and long‑term vision for a unified product suite
• Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into intuitive experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end, user‑centered design solutions across desktop and mobile
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
• Experience conducting user research, usability studies, and creating personas or journey maps (preferred)
• Experience with mass‑market consumer web / mobile products (preferred)
• Visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides (preferred)
