The Senior Service & UX Designer will lead user research, discovery, and human-centred design activities while creating journey maps, service blueprints, and interactive prototypes. Requirements
- Candidates must have 10+ years of UX/UI and Service Design experience, including 5+ years supporting digital transformation in complex environments. Proficiency in Figma, design thinking methodologies, and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards is required.
