Full-time Manager

The Design Manager leads and coordinates the delivery of design elements for transit projects, including managing consultant teams and engineering subject matter experts. They are responsible for contract administration, technical resolution of design submissions, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and possess at least five years of experience in civil/structural engineering design and construction. A Professional Civil Engineer or Architect license issued by the State of Washington is required, along with three years of leadership and project management experience.
