Requirements
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and possess at least five years of experience in civil/structural engineering design and construction. A Professional Civil Engineer or Architect license issued by the State of Washington is required, along with three years of leadership and project management experience.
