Responsibilities
- Map business processes with corporate teams and translate them into aligned formats
- Identify opportunities for process and system‑experience improvements to boost operational efficiency
- Present executive project updates alongside design leadership
- Collaborate and influence design peers and business areas, building trust relationships
- Assist decision‑making on processes and products together with business, technology and design leadership
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in Product Design
- Experience mapping and redesigning complex, interdependent corporate processes
- Background in large‑scale environments with many stakeholders
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities
- Excellent communication, facilitation and influence skills
- Experience leading business, design and technology discoveries
- Advanced prototyping across fidelity levels
- Usability testing and solution validation experience
- Track record creating and evolving digital experiences for both external customers and internal users
- Ability to use data and metrics to inform product and experience decisions
- Familiarity with AI‑supported design tools such as Figma Make or Lovable
