Senior Product Designer

Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and problem definition through to delivery. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create user journeys, high-fidelity interface designs, and design systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design across discovery, definition, prototyping and delivery
- Translate customer and business needs into clear user journeys, flows and interaction designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity interface designs in Figma
- Plan and support usability testing, customer interviews and design validation
- Work closely with product and engineering teams throughout delivery
- Contribute to design systems, standards, critique and product‑design practice
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience in product design, UX or interaction design
- Portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product thinking and delivered digital products
- Strong Figma, prototyping and interaction‑design skills
- Experience using research and product data to guide design decisions
- Confidence working within cross‑functional agile product teams
- Clear communication and ability to explain design decisions to varied stakeholders
