UX Designer

The UX Designer will map user journeys and create wireframes and prototypes in Figma to build intuitive digital experiences. They will collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to validate design decisions and promote accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
- Map user journeys, task flows and end‑to‑end digital experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes and interaction designs in Figma
- Support user interviews, usability testing and design validation
- Translate research and product requirements into practical UX solutions
- Work closely with UI designers and engineers during product delivery
- Promote accessibility, consistency and user‑centred design standards
Requirements
- Commercial experience in UX, product or interaction design
- Portfolio showing user‑centred design process and delivered work
- Strong wireframing, prototyping and Figma skills
- Experience using research and usability testing to improve designs
- Knowledge of accessibility and responsive digital‑product design
- Strong communication and confidence working in cross‑functional teams
