Designer produit sénior (Senior Product Designer)

You will lead the visual and interaction design for major product features from concept to final delivery while maintaining high standards for the design system. You will collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and iterate based on user feedback and data.
Responsibilities
- Own visual and interaction design for major product areas from concept to final delivery
- Establish and raise visual quality standards for typography, layout, color, motion, and micro‑interactions
- Contribute to building and maintaining the design system for visual consistency
- Generate original concepts for AI‑native interactions
- Design interfaces and flows that simplify complex features
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation
- Iterate quickly based on internal feedback, usage data, and real constraints
- Participate in user feedback sessions and testing to inform design decisions
- Document work clearly for collaboration and hand‑off
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in product or visual design
- Exceptional visual mastery with a strong portfolio of delivered software
- Comfort working with complex or technical products
- Ability to handle ambiguity and take ownership of problems beyond the UI
- Proficiency in Figma and ability to iterate quickly
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and curiosity about real user experiences
- Ability to give and receive feedback in a collaborative environment
- Bonus: experience with developer tools, AI products, or SaaS platforms
- Bonus: experience building or scaling a design system
- Bonus: motion design or advanced prototyping skills (e.g., Rive, Origami, code prototyping)
- Bonus: familiarity with usability testing or user research methods
