UX Designer , GOEST (Global Operations Enterprise Services - Tech)

The UX Designer will own end-to-end design delivery for internal enterprise tools, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. They will also facilitate design consultations, conduct user research, and maintain a domain-specific pattern library to ensure intuitive experiences across global operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design delivery for multiple concurrent projects, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production‑ready specifications
• Facilitate design consultation sessions and provide expert feedback to product teams
• Conduct design quality assurance on shipped features to ensure fidelity to design intent
• Build and maintain a domain‑specific pattern library extending the corporate design system
• Run regular design office hours to offer guidance and early directional feedback
• Conduct user research (shadowing, interviews, usability testing) to validate decisions
• Contribute to cross‑team experience strategy, information architecture, and long‑term vision
• Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into intuitive experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio of end‑to‑end, user‑centered solutions
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience delivering design solutions for both desktop and mobile platforms
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
• Ability to conduct user research, usability studies, and create personas and journey maps
• Strong visual design skills demonstrated through mockups and style guides
