- Lead and oversee the full substation design process from concept through execution, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with utility standards. Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and field personnel to resolve technical challenges and support successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline and 7â10 years of progressive experience in power systems engineering. Candidates must have a proven background in high-voltage substation design, protection and control systems, and utility-scale solar projects.
