Design functional and converting interfaces for mobile and web applications used globally. Maintain the design system, create prototypes, and collaborate directly with product and technical teams to deliver business-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design thoughtful, consistent, functional, and conversion‑focused mobile and web interfaces
- Develop and maintain a design system, create prototypes, and produce documentation for developers
- Work directly with product and engineering teams, gathering requirements and delivering designs without queue‑based processes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to incoming priorities
- Analyze data, observe users, and test design hypotheses
- Create animations and small graphic elements
- Prototype and build simple MVPs
Requirements
- Portfolio with mobile and web interface projects demonstrating style, process, and impact
- Minimum 2 years of UI design experience (shorter experience considered with strong portfolio)
- Advanced proficiency with Figma (components, auto‑layout, variants, prototypes)
- Ability to argue design decisions and align them with business goals
- Experience collaborating with developers and speaking their language
- Systemic thinking and awareness of design’s business and technical impact
- Skill in creating micro‑interactions and basic animations
- Proficiency with AI tools for daily workflow
- Team player attitude and strong communication
- Nice to have: experience with large‑scale product applications, analytics tools (Clarity, GA4), UI frameworks (Storybook)
