Senior Product Designer
Inspace 🇳🇱 Eindhoven, North Brabant, Netherlands
Lead the redesign of the internal InSpace Hub and client-facing NOVA App by translating complex logic into clear user flows and interactions. Collaborate with product leads and engineers to ensure design choices are usable, buildable, and aligned with user value.
Responsibilities
- Redesign the InSpace Hub and NOVA app
- Research major user needs, frictions and opportunities
- Translate complex product and domain logic into clear flows, screens, interactions and states
- Make abstract product problems concrete during shaping sessions
- Expose user friction, ambiguity, edge cases and trade‑offs early
- Refine product choices based on user value, usability and buildability
- Collaborate closely with product domain leads, engineers and domain experts
- Ensure design choices enable fast and effective engineering implementation
- Guide design quality, interaction patterns and consistency across products
- Develop design standards and processes that support speed and quality
- Mentor and lead design teams in shaping, discovery and delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Product Designer, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong UX, interaction design, user flows, states and usability skills
- Experience leading complex product redesigns
- Ability to translate abstract product problems into concrete, buildable solutions
- Experience with design systems and component‑based design
- Proficiency in AI‑native or data‑driven product environments (nice to have)
