Senior Product Designer
Inspace 🇳🇱 Eindhoven, North Brabant, Netherlands
You will lead the redesign of the InSpace Hub and the client-facing NOVA App by translating complex product logic into clear user flows and interactions. You will collaborate closely with product leads and engineers to ensure design quality, usability, and buildability throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Redesign the InSpace Hub and NOVA app, creating clear flows, screens, interactions and states
- Research major user needs, frictions and opportunities
- Translate complex product and domain logic into concrete designs
- Make abstract product problems concrete during shaping sessions
- Expose user friction, ambiguity, edge cases and trade‑offs early
- Refine product decisions based on user value, usability and buildability
- Collaborate closely with Product Domain Leads, engineers and domain experts during shaping and delivery
- Define design quality, interaction patterns and consistency across products
- Develop design standards and processes that support speed and quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in digital products, preferably B2B SaaS
- Strong UX, interaction design, user‑flow and state design skills
- Ability to translate complex product logic into clear, buildable solutions
- Experience leading complex product redesigns
- Proven collaboration with product, engineering and domain experts
- Experience establishing design standards, interaction patterns and design systems
- Fluency in English; Dutch or other languages a plus
