The role involves end-to-end product design for a SaaS platform, from initial concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff. Key tasks include evolving the design system and conducting usability tests to validate design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end product features from concept and wireframes to high‑fidelity UI and developer handoff
- Map complex user flows, dashboards, and permission structures for a SaaS platform
- Maintain and evolve the UI design system for consistency and scalability
- Conduct rapid usability testing and gather user feedback to validate design decisions
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure clear specifications and flawless implementation
Requirements
- 2+ years of product design experience on SaaS platforms (B2B or B2C)
- Strong mastery of Figma, including components, auto‑layout, and design systems
- Product‑ and business‑mindset with understanding of SaaS retention and data clarity
- Balanced UX logic and clean, modern UI visual design
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Italian and English
