You will own the end-to-end design process for the Boosting and Currency categories, collaborating with product and tech leads to drive product direction. Additionally, you will plan and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates and enhance user experiences across buyer and seller flows.
Responsibilities
- You will own the end-to-end design process for the Boosting and Currency categories, collaborating with product and tech leads to drive product direction. Additionally, you will plan and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates and enhance user experiences across buyer and seller flows.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in B2C or marketplace environments, with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI and interaction design skills. Proficiency in Figma and fluency in both English and Lithuanian are required, while experience with A/B testing and an interest in gaming are considered strong assets.
