UX Designer:in (m/w/d)

You will lead solution design sprints from research to prototype and guide clients through the development process. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to create user-centered concepts and support the leadership in pitches.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solution Design Sprints from research and facilitation to a final concept
• Guide clients through uncertainty and moderate the path to a buildable solution
• Synthesize complex findings into clear stories and high‑level presentations
• Develop user‑centered concepts and prototypes for technical implementation
• Conduct occasional workshops or trainings for clients when needed
• Partner with the CEO in pitches and proposals, adding depth to content

Requirements

• Experience with user‑centered work such as Service Design, Product Design, UX or innovation processes
• Ability to ask good questions and stay in the problem space before proposing solutions
• Strong storytelling skills to distill complex results for decision makers
• Comfort presenting to clients and delivering constructive feedback
• A sense for how digital products look and function, without needing pixel‑perfection
• First contact with AI or a strong curiosity to learn quickly
• Fluent German and good English
