Responsibilities
- Transform problems into user‑oriented experiences
- Design solutions based on research and discovery
- Make decisions using quantitative and qualitative data
- Conduct interviews, tests and validations with users and stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and moderate collaborative sessions
- Create high‑, medium‑ and low‑fidelity interfaces for desktop and mobile
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during digital product development
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Design Team’s products and services
- Apply and promote design tools, methods and best practices
- Ensure quality, consistency and adherence to design processes
- Promote a design‑centric culture and UX mindset across the organization
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Computer Science or related fields
- Experience in UX/UI design for digital products
- Conducted user interviews and usability testing
- Knowledge of design systems, style guides and component libraries
- Ability to facilitate co‑creation workshops (Design Thinking, Design Sprint)
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision)
- Familiarity with remote whiteboard tools (Miro, Mural)
- Experience working in agile environments (Lean UX, Scrum, Kanban)
- Analytical mindset covering user, business and technology
- Data‑driven decision making experience
- Conversational level Spanish
- Preferred: experience with AI design tools (Claude, GPT, Figma AI)
