The UX Designer will research user needs and behaviors to improve the overall user experience of the PeakTew app. They will design user flows and information architecture while collaborating with UI designers and developers to implement user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze user needs, behaviors, and feedback to improve the overall experience
- Design user flows, information architecture, and conduct usability tests
- Collaborate closely with UI designers and developers to translate insights into userâcentered solutions
- Attend weekly meetings, meet deadlines, and deliver highâquality design work
- Provide mentorship and share findings with the international team
Requirements
- Proficient English communication
- Own a drawing tablet or graphic tablet
- Figma, Photoshop or similar design software knowledge
- Autonomous mindset with strong communication and teamwork
- Quick learning ability
- Outsideâtheâbox thinking
