The Senior UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive user experiences by analyzing user needs and developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. They collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to optimize user journeys and define UI/UX guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user needs and define user journeys to create intuitive interfaces
- Produce wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile products
- Collaborate with product, development and marketing teams to turn business requirements into clear, performant UI
- Continuously optimize user flows and visual design, ensuring consistency with UI/UX guidelines
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of UI/UX design systems and standards
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
- Participate in agile ceremonies and align design work with sprint goals
Requirements
- Mastery of User Experience Design, including user research, journey mapping and user‑centered design
- Strong visual design skills and ability to produce high‑quality mockups adhering to brand guidelines
- Proficiency with interactive prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
- Understanding of front‑end constraints (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and ability to collaborate with developers
- Confirmed experience as a UI/UX Designer on SaaS or international web products
- Ability to work in an agile environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Professional proficiency in English and/or French
- Portfolio demonstrating completed UI/UX projects
