The role involves designing customer-specific IT solutions and complex frontends using modern web technologies and UI/UX tools. Responsibilities include building design systems, moderating design thinking workshops, and collaborating with product owners and developers.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize custom IT solutions with a focus on UI/UX
- Develop complex frontâends using modern web technologies and UI/UX tools
- Build and maintain design systems and UI libraries
- Visualize customer requirements in an understandable way
- Coordinate regularly with other departments on project progress
- Facilitate workshops on design thinking, idea generation, prototyping and testing
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a UX/UI Designer for digital products (web, mobile), preferably in insurance or finance
- Strong proficiency in Figma (design, prototyping, components, design systems) and other UX/UI tools
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows
- Experience with UX research methods such as trend scouting, interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis
- Good understanding of complex insurance/finance products and processes
- Ability to visualize customer requirements clearly
- Strong quality awareness for usability, accessibility, and consistent interface design
- Structured, independent work style with pragmatic approach
- German language skills at minimum B2 level
