Senior UI/UX Designer (all genders)

Responsible for the end-to-end design process of complex professional applications, from strategic vision and design language to final UI. This includes managing design systems, advising clients on digital product development, and leading small UX/UI teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the full design process for client projects, from vision and design language definition to final UI delivery
- Create highâquality user flows and interfaces for complex applications, ensuring consistency and accessibility
- Strategically advise clients and project teams on digital product evolution, merging user insights with market trends
- Develop, maintain, and champion design systems across products, including documentation, contribution rules, reviews, and training
- Facilitate workshops, present design decisions to nonâdesign stakeholders, and lead pitches for proposals
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate variant generation, research, analysis, and quality assurance
- Provide technical leadership for small UX/UI teams, conducting design reviews, quality checks, and mentoring junior designers
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in UX and UI design for digital products
- Degree in Communication Design, Interaction Design, Media Informatics, HCI or related field
- Extensive experience with design systems creation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and UX methods
- Proven ability to work with development teams in agile environments
- Excellent German and English written and spoken communication
- Portfolio demonstrating endâtoâend design process and system work
