Senior Product Designer

Set the end-to-end design strategy across physical unboxing, mobile apps, web dashboards, and AI voice interfaces. Drive adoption metrics and build the foundational design language and research habits for a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Set design strategy across the full customer journey – physical unboxing, mobile app, web dashboard, AI voice check‑ins – ensuring a coherent experience
• Own outcomes beyond activation, measuring adoption impact of AI check‑ins, call forwarding, spam blocking, and safety features
• Create high‑fidelity, working prototypes quickly using modern AI development tools
• Build a shared component language across app, dashboard, AI, and sound interfaces
• Establish research and testing habits for low‑tech‑literacy senior users
• Document design guidelines so non‑designers can make informed decisions
• Partner strategically with leadership on roadmap and prioritization decisions

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with senior ownership at a $20M+ ARR company
• Proven design leadership and strategic influence across product and company strategy
• Demonstrated success improving onboarding and activation for complex multi‑surface products
• World‑class UI, UX, and user research skills
• Excellent visual taste and high humility, intelligence, and hunger
• Ability to build trust with engineering and act as the sole design decision‑maker
