The role involves designing UX solutions for web and mobile applications and maintaining a Design System aligned with accessibility standards. The designer will promote digital accessibility best practices and collaborate with stakeholders to implement WCAG principles.
Responsibilities
- Design UX solutions for web and mobile applications
- Develop and maintain a Design System with accessibility standards
- Promote digital accessibility best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams
- Support mobile projects by applying WCAG and accessibility guidelines
- Plan and execute UX research, synthesize findings and provide design recommendations
- Create high‑fidelity prototypes and detailed specifications for developers
- Conduct usability audits and ensure compliance with accessibility standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a UX Designer
- Experience with banking, finance or insurance projects
- Strong knowledge of User‑Centred Design, Design Thinking and Lean UX
- Ability to run workshops with stakeholders and project teams
- Experience planning UX research, creating hypotheses, selecting methods and defining success metrics
- Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines and UI design principles
- Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 (AA level) and practical accessibility implementation
- Familiarity with ARIA, semantic HTML and collaboration with development teams
- Experience creating prototypes, development specifications and conducting usability audits
- English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation
