Innovation and Design Engineer, Worldwide Design Engineering

Design high-quality, cost-effective fulfillment and distribution systems using automated material handling and robotics. Lead projects from concept realization through design approval and support the installation and commissioning phase.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design high‑quality, cost‑effective fulfillment and distribution solutions
• Own multiple projects from concept through design approval
• Serve as primary technical contact for suppliers
• Transfer completed designs to Operations Engineering for installation and commissioning
• Support Ops Engineering to ensure successful launch
• Work on green‑field, brown‑field, and retrofit projects including automated fulfillment centers, cross‑dock and transportation facilities

Requirements

• Experience managing engineering design projects
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of design/innovation, R&D, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related experience
