Lead end-to-end design projects from problem understanding to solution validation, collaborating with PMs and engineering. Integrate AI tools strategically into the design workflow for discovery, ideation, and prototyping while evolving the Design System.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design projects from problem understanding to delivery and validation
- Translate research insights and data into defensible design decisions
- Create flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and visual specs in Figma
- Integrate AI tools into research, ideation, insight generation, prototyping and critical analysis
- Evaluate AI‑generated outputs and apply design judgment
- Maintain and evolve the Design System for consistency and scalability
- Participate in design reviews, usability tests and product metric analysis
- Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and defend choices with evidence
- Mentor junior designers and share references
- Identify improvement opportunities in existing flows and propose proactive initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in Product Design with a portfolio of medium to high complexity projects
- Advanced mastery of Figma, including components, auto‑layout and prototyping
- Strong visual hierarchy, composition, interaction and information architecture skills
- Experience conducting usability testing, heuristic analysis and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data
- Ability to use AI tools for research, ideation and design generation and to critically evaluate AI outputs
- Comfort working with product metrics and data to inform design decisions
- Experience contributing to and evolving a Design System at scale
- Good understanding of front‑end basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus
- Ability to mentor junior designers and lead design reviews
