Responsibilities
- Redesign and optimize existing CRM screens
- Design complete user flows focusing on usability and adoption
- Create and maintain the Design System in Figma
- Propose UX improvements based on real usage, feedback and observation
- Build navigable prototypes to validate ideas
- Collaborate closely with development for clear handoff and continuous iteration
- Iterate constantly based on team feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UX/UI design experience
- Experience with digital or SaaS products (preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of design systems
- Ability to propose UX improvements based on real usage and feedback
