Responsibilities
- Lead the design of a provider CRM to transform static client lists into active prospect pipelines. Develop an AI-driven front desk and scheduling assistant to automate inquiries and bookings for mental health providers.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of product design experience with a strong background in CRM, operational tools, or marketplace products. Must be proficient in AI-native design tools like Claude Code and Cursor and have a proven track record of 0→1 product definition.
