UX Researcher / UX Researcherka - Praca zdalna K/M

The role involves planning and executing end-to-end qualitative and quantitative user research to support business goals and product needs. Key tasks include synthesizing data into actionable recommendations and collaborating with Product Managers and Designers to integrate user perspectives into product development.

Responsibilities

• Define research strategy and direction based on business objectives and product team needs
• Select appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Conduct full research cycles: design, participant recruitment, moderation, data collection, analysis, and synthesis
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to integrate user insights into product development
• Translate research findings into practical, implementable recommendations
• Present key insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
• Support strategic product decisions by providing deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points

Requirements

• Experience conducting UX research in regulated sectors such as pharma, medical, or healthcare
• Ability to plan and execute research aligned with business and product goals
• Proficiency with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Track record of managing complex end‑to‑end research projects independently
• Strong data analysis and synthesis skills to produce actionable recommendations
• Collaboration experience with Product Managers, Designers and technical teams
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities for diverse stakeholder groups
• Fluent in Polish (role posted in Poland)
