Responsibilities
- The VDC Assistant Design Manager supports preconstruction by developing detailed BIM models, shop drawings, and construction documentation. They collaborate with project teams and trade partners to ensure code-compliant, cost-effective installation solutions through effective design coordination.
Requirements
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in construction, VDC, or BIM modeling within electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems. Proficiency in Revit and a working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks are required, along with an associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
