Requirements
- Strong visual and graphic skills: typography, composition, hierarchy
- Ability to create selfâcontained screens and know when to break patterns
- System thinking: design components, states, edge cases, failure handling
- Experience delivering design assets that developers can implement directly
- Familiarity with AIâenhanced workflows and measuring work in hours
- Portfolio showcasing real product problems, decisions, and outcomes
