The Graphic Design Assistant creates and manages digital and print creative assets for Arts UNF and MOCA Jacksonville to maintain a consistent visual identity. Responsibilities include overseeing design projects, enforcing branding standards, and collaborating with the communications team to meet project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and managing graphic design content for UNF and MOCA Jacksonville across web, social, print and advertising
- Maintain consistent visual identity and enforce branding guidelines
- Plan, organize and deliver assigned design projects on schedule
- Support staff initiatives and collaborate with the Director of Communications and Marketing Coordinator
- Manage asset files, archiving, and retrieval workflows
- Refine design elements to meet quality standards
- Perform other design‑related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design or related field
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience creating print and digital content
- Strong visual and typographic skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Attention to brand guidelines and quality standards
- Effective communication and collaboration with staff
- Organizational skills for file management and archiving
