The Graphic Designer/Art Director will conceptualize and execute campaigns, key visuals, and brand assets across various digital and analog channels. They will also be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, developing design systems, and collaborating with external partners to ensure high-quality visual communication.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns, key visuals, and creative projects
- Develop and design brand assets for various communication channels
- Advance the visual brand world and maintain consistent design standards
- Create digital and analog communication materials such as social media, newsletters, presentations, print, sales collateral, and exhibition stands
- Develop and evolve templates, design systems, and creative standards
- Generate new visual formats and communication ideas
- Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, production partners, and other creatives
- Manage design and production processes from idea through implementation
- Monitor current design, communication, and technology trends and apply relevant insights to the brand
- Play a central role in the growing marketing team by contributing ideas and shaping team structure
Requirements
- 3â5 years of professional experience in graphic, brand, or communication design
- Strong sense of brand identity, typography, layout, and visual communication
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven experience designing campaigns and visual concepts across multiple channels
- Ability to ensure quality and consistency across diverse formats and touchpoints
- Interest in AIâassisted design tools and new workflows
- Structured, independent, and reliable work style
- Creativity, curiosity, and willingness to rethink existing solutions
- Enjoyment of teamwork in a small, growing environment
