The role involves transforming strategies and briefings into high-quality, conversion-oriented landing pages and institutional sites. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, implementing pages in WordPress/Elementor, and managing web infrastructure such as DNS and CDN.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes for product pages and launches
- Develop landing pages, capture pages, sales pages, schedules and institutional websites
- Transform copy and strategy into visual hierarchy, structure and conversion‑focused page experiences
- Apply a mobile‑first approach to ensure optimal experience across devices
- Create and evolve reusable visual components, patterns and libraries
- Identify usability issues and propose UX/UI improvements
- Implement pages in WordPress/Elementor and customize with HTML/CSS when needed
- Configure and customize plugins, optimize page performance (images, cache, loading)
- Conduct QA before publishing, checking responsiveness, links, forms and browser compatibility
- Maintain and update existing pages and sites
- Diagnose and resolve loading, cache and page break issues
- Handle basic DNS, CDN (Cloudflare) and hosting/server settings
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio of relevant projects
- Advanced proficiency with Figma for wireframes, interfaces, prototypes and components
- Expert knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
- Practical experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Knowledge of SEO and web performance best practices
- Ability to interpret performance and conversion metrics
- Organized to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Autonomous end‑to‑end delivery from briefing to publication
- Attention to detail and critical visual sense
- Basic knowledge of DNS, CDN (e.g., Cloudflare) and hosting/server configuration
