The UX Designer will lead the design process from user insight and concept development to prototyping, testing, and implementation. They will collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive digital solutions that provide value to both users and the business.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research, interviews and workshops
- Analyze user needs and translate insights into journeys, personas and requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes and interactive designs
- Conduct usability testing and iterate solutions based on feedback
- Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs
- Contribute to design system evolution and UX best practices
- Balance user needs, technical feasibility and business goals
- Communicate design decisions and rationale to multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- 3‑5 years of UX/design experience
- Relevant education in UX, interaction design, service design, graphic design or similar
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent tools
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, workshops and usability testing
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes and interactive designs
- Understanding of universal design and accessibility standards
- Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian
- Experience with design systems and agile development methods (preferred)
- Familiarity with data‑driven design and analysis tools (preferred)
- Knowledge of AI tools for design support (preferred)
