Senior Product Designer (m/f/d)

You will own and drive product design across key areas of the core platform, translating complex data-heavy workflows into intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to turn concepts into shippable features while contributing to the design system.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product design for core platform areas from discovery to shipped feature
• Translate complex, data‑heavy workflows into simple, scalable user experiences
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑quality UI designs
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and other stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility
• Contribute to and improve the design system with reusable components and patterns
• Leverage customer insights and feedback to continuously improve existing experiences
• Support and mentor other designers, sharing expertise and feedback

Requirements

• 7–9 years of hands‑on product design experience, preferably with SaaS products
• Experience designing complex, data‑heavy applications such as ERP systems
• Strong UX thinking combined with excellent UI skills
• Highly proficient in Figma and modern AI‑enhanced prototyping tools
• Understanding of front‑end development constraints
• Fluent in German and English
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in an international team
