Lead the end-to-end design process for retail projects from 200 to 1000+ sqm, from initial concept to final build-out. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure innovative designs comply with global guidelines and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for retail projects from initial concept through final build‑out and opening
- Develop original, brand‑centric design concepts independently
- Produce comprehensive design packages including zoning, 3D models, visualisations, material boards and construction documents
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, DTC/Wholesale, Visual Merchandising, Construction and Business Units
- Act as primary design point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Ensure all designs comply with ASICS global guidelines and landlord criteria while pushing innovation
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience in retail design, preferably for sports, light‑luxury or lifestyle brands
- Proven track record managing projects 200–1000+ sqm from concept to completion
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong creative drive and execution capability
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional teamwork skills
