Corporate Design Manager / Brand & Communications Designer (m/w/d)

The role involves developing and ensuring corporate design standards and creating visual concepts for communication materials, campaigns, and online assets. It also includes managing agencies and implementing AI-supported workflows for design processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain corporate design and central brand standards across the organization
- Conceptualize and design visual communications, campaigns, online assets and templates for internal and external channels
- Create and manage corporate presentations, communication templates and design standards
- Advise business units and international subsidiaries on brand, design and communication topics
- Design efficient, AI‑supported templates, workflows and standards for creating communication materials
- Coordinate agencies and service providers and participate in cross‑functional branding projects
Requirements
- Degree in Communications Design, Visual Communication or related field
- Several years of experience in corporate design, brand or corporate communications
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and preferably Firefly
- Proven ability to create and implement visual concepts for digital and print media
- Excellent German and English written and spoken communication
- Consulting, presentation and moderation skills
- Hands‑on mentality, teamwork, structured and reliable work style
