The role involves conducting user research and applying Design Thinking to optimize Web and Mobile app experiences. You will also be responsible for building and standardizing Design Systems and collaborating with POs and PMs to align designs with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, and surveys to gather insights
- Apply Design Thinking to solve complex problems and continuously improve experiences based on data
- Develop and maintain a Design System, UX Principles, and UX Audit processes
- Create training materials and documentation for design standards
- Promote a design culture by collaborating with UI and UX team members on system development and knowledge sharing
- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals
- Participate in cross‑functional collaboration to ensure design consistency and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Communication or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience as UI Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Product Designer
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of graphic fundamentals such as color theory, layout, and composition
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Research market and competitive products to propose superior solutions
- Nice to have: experience with ERP, SaaS, or management software products
