The UX Researcher will design and execute quantitative and qualitative research strategies to support product innovation. Key duties include managing surveys, analyzing large datasets, conducting A/B tests, and creating actionable dashboards for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define quantitative research objectives in partnership with design and product teams
- Create and administer structured surveys and studies to collect quantitative data
- Analyze quantitative data using Excel, R, SQL, and Python to uncover patterns and trends
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to measure design impact
- Establish and monitor KPIs to assess product and service effectiveness from a user perspective
- Integrate quantitative and qualitative findings to form a holistic view of user experience
- Produce clear reports, presentations, and dashboards for technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Apply statistical techniques such as clustering and segmentation to identify user groups
- Assess large‑scale usability metrics (task time, error rates, satisfaction, etc.)
- Validate design hypotheses through data‑driven studies
- Continuously monitor product performance using tracking tools and data analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX/UI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing, Statistics or related field
- 2+ years of UX/User Research experience with web, mobile, or desktop products
- Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, usability tests, surveys, user studies)
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency with SQL, BigQuery, and Excel
- Familiarity with user testing tools such as Maze
- Knowledge of SCRUM, UX frameworks, and accessibility standards
- Strong analytical and insight‑generation abilities
