Lead the design process for web dashboards and mobile applications, focusing on user problems and business goals. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to create high-fidelity interfaces and iterate based on user metrics and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Lead design of new features and improvements for web dashboard and mobile app
- Conduct user research (interviews, feedback analysis, benchmarking) to inform design decisions
- Identify product opportunities and present evidence‑based recommendations
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity interfaces
- Ensure consistent, accessible experiences across platforms
- Collaborate with product to shape initiatives before development
- Work with engineering to guarantee feasible and high‑quality implementations
- Validate solutions post‑launch using metrics and user feedback
- Contribute to design system evolution and product‑experience standards
- Participate in product discussions, offering critical and constructive input
Requirements
- 4+ years of digital product design experience, preferably SaaS, B2B dashboards or analytics tools
- Strong portfolio showing end‑to‑end design process
- Expertise with Figma for UI design, prototyping and collaboration
- Excellent visual judgment, typography, layout and color skills
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into concrete design hypotheses
- Experience working with product and engineering teams
- Knowledge of responsive design and interaction patterns for web and mobile
