UX Designer, Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT)

Responsibilities
- Analyze vendor problems using data, research and AIâdriven insights
- Define use cases and highâlevel requirements with product and business teams
- Create journey maps, flows, prototypes and mockups, using AIâassisted tools
- Present and defend design recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Develop detailed UI and interaction specifications
- Contribute to Amazonâs proprietary design agent and its templates
- Measure success of designed experiences
- Provide design critique, feedback and conduct retrospectives
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX or interaction design experience
- Portfolio of design work
- Ability to work autonomously with product and business teams
- Experience delivering design solutions for complex enterprise systems
