The role involves managing the end-to-end Product Design process, from discovery and user research to prototyping and validation. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive B2B SaaS experiences while integrating AI tools into the design workflow.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product design process from problem definition to delivery, creating flows, journeys, wireframes, high‑fidelity interfaces and prototypes
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, analyze data and translate insights into product decisions
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Data and other stakeholders to refine problems, experiment and ensure quality implementation
- Maintain and evolve the company Design System, share learnings with the design community and explore AI tools to accelerate research and ideation
Requirements
- Previous experience as Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or equivalent with a portfolio showing digital product work
- Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants and prototyping
- Experience with Figma Make or AI‑assisted prototyping tools (preferred)
- Knowledge of product discovery and UX research methods such as interviews, journey mapping, usability testing and hypothesis validation
- Strong communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills
- Interest or practical knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for design work
