The Senior Product Designer will own end-to-end discovery, design, and delivery for major product areas across an explainable AI platform. This includes defining systems-level UX frameworks and partnering with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap and technical implementation.
Responsibilities
- Own discovery, design, delivery and iteration across major product areas of the AI platform
- Define information architecture, interaction patterns and reusable UX frameworks for multi‑step enterprise AI workflows
- Lead user research and synthesize findings into UX strategy and validated product direction
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping while maintaining strong design judgment
- Contribute to and extend the Seekr design system in Figma
- Partner with product and engineering to shape roadmap trade‑offs and technical constraints
- Produce detailed specs and prototypes that enable high‑quality implementation
- Mentor junior designers and help define growth paths
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of product design experience on complex SaaS or enterprise platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience evolving a shared design system
- Hands‑on use of AI‑assisted design and prototyping tools
- Proven ability to lead discovery research, define personas and map complex workflows
- Strong communication skills for presenting to technical and executive stakeholders
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering through detailed specs
