Senior Design Technologist, Creative X

Lead the architecture and development of infrastructure, tools, and intelligent systems to accelerate creative workflows across Amazon surfaces. You will own the technical vision for connective tissue in the creative ecosystem, including GenAI-powered workflows and agent-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect and own systems that enable rapid prototyping within production constraints
- Build and lead development of agentâbased systems and coordinate parallel workstreams
- Partner with scientific teams to refine GenAIâpowered creative workflows
- Develop largeâscale prototypes and ship productionâready code
- Mentor junior Design Technologists and raise hiring standards
- Drive process improvements and create tools that increase team output
- Impact customer experience for major product features on strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of frontâend technologist, engineer, or UX prototyper experience
- Experience building enterpriseâscale prototypes or wireframes
- Proficiency with design prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud
