Manage the end-to-end Product Design process, from discovery and user research to prototyping and implementation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create intuitive B2B SaaS experiences while integrating AI to optimize design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product‑design lifecycle for Sienge, from problem definition and user research to concept, prototyping, validation, and delivery
- Plan and conduct user research and validation using interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and other UX‑research techniques
- Create simple, intuitive, and consistent experiences through flows, journeys, wireframes, high‑fidelity interfaces, and prototypes of varying fidelity
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Data teams, and other stakeholders to influence product decisions, refine problems, run experiments, and ensure quality implementation
- Contribute to evolving the company’s design system and share learnings with the design community
- Explore and apply AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, ideation, prototyping, and experimentation
Requirements
- Previous experience as Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or equivalent with a demonstrable portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma and modern product‑design tools (Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping)
- Experience with product discovery and UX research methods (interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, experimentation)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical‑thinking skills
- Ability to present and defend design decisions based on evidence and incorporate feedback
- Interest or practical knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Figma Make) to augment design activities
