Digital Graphic Designer (They/He/She)

The role involves conceptualizing 360º digital campaigns and adapting graphics to various formats following brand guidelines. Responsibilities include designing visual materials for paid and organic social media, editing videos for TikTok, and collaborating with clients and internal media teams.
Responsibilities
- Interpret client briefs and conceptualize 360° digital campaigns
- Adapt graphics to various sizes and formats following brand guidelines
- Design visual materials for paid campaigns and organic content (e.g., Meta)
- Identify client graphic needs, problems, and opportunities and propose solutions
- Edit video assets for digital campaigns (e.g., TikTok)
- Support design of internal client materials such as presentations and brochures
- Meet delivery deadlines and actively participate in brief reception
- Collaborate directly with clients and internal media team to resolve creative needs
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Proficiency with Adobe programs, especially Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere for video editing
- Strong aesthetic sense and practical knowledge of digital ecosystem trends and formats
- Detail‑oriented execution and up‑to‑date on social media trends
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and help
- Passion for digital advertising and new technologies
- Teamwork and ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Fluent communication in Spanish and English (C1 preferred); other languages welcome
